Julia first began practicing yoga in 2010 and it was love at first down dog. An Ohio native, Julia moved to Grand Rapids in 2015 and joined the welcoming yoga community. She graduated from the Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga in February of 2017. Sharing yoga with others and helping others feel their best is her passion. You can attend Julia's classes on Tues. and Thurs. at 10am or Sat. at 8am.

Lisa moved back to West Michigan in 2016 after working in Milwaukee, WI as a speech-language pathologist and completing her 200 hour yoga certification. Lisa’s yoga classes are empowering and fun. She is passionate about integrating breath and mindfulness into each practice and learning something new every day! You can catch her class on Thursdays at 5pm.

Adam started his practice of yoga in 2012 and has been on his mat almost daily since that first practice. Each practice he makes sure to honor where he is Mind, Body, and Soul. Adam has been teaching at Westside Fitness since the summer of 2014 and is continuing his education by pursuing a Yoga Medics Certification. You can catch any of Adam's classes on Monday at 5pm, Tuesdsay at 5:30pm and Wednesday at 6am
