A strength training style class designed to keep your heart rate in the target zone.


Classic Step
Step up with this killer lower body workout helping to tighten and sculpt the legs and glutes.

Sock-it To Me
Kickboxing at its finest! Be sure to bring your bag gloves to protect your hands. You will be throwing hooks, jabs and combo punches while incorporating steppers to really give your legs the ultimate workout. Class size is limited so arrive early!

Yoga
Our beginner’s yoga class is perfect for those looking to improve flexibility and strengthen core.

G-Force
G-Force is a boot camp style class that will take you from cardio to core all in 1 hour.

Partner Up
This fun, new, 1/2 hour class will have you working hand in hand with a buddy. Your partner and you will be using resistance bands, medicine balls, and much more. If you don’t have a partner, we will provide one for you!

Jump it Up
Fast-paced circuit style class. Plyometrics, heavy roping and vertical training will be incorporated.

HITT/Kick
High Intensity Interval Training using cardio kick techniques along with intense resistance training that takes conditioning to a whole new level.

 

Abs-so-glutely
Give your abs and glutes a run for their money!

Dance Your Abs Off
Work towards that flat stomach you've always wanted by dancing your abs into shape!

Pilates
Pilates is will help individuals at any fitness level perfect breathing techniques and flexibility while strengthening your core.

Power Sculpt
Heart-pumping step workout utilizing handheld weights results in an overall body conditioning workout.

TNT Explosive Training
This class is geared towards those looking to take their workouts to the next level! You’ll be incorporating plyometrics, speed and agility, along with boot camp-style and strongman exercises. Flipping tires, training ropes and pulling sleds is just the warm up!

Short Circuit
Short circuit is a ½ hour class guaranteed to target every muscle in your body!

Dynamic Flex
A 1/2 hour of intense stretching. This form of stretching is designed to improve motor skills and speed/agility.

Kettle Bells
Great Kettle Bell routines for those of all fitness levels targeting upper body, lower body and core. We offer two styles of classes - station and group style. Try them both for two totally different workouts but equally as challenging.
