Fitness Evaluation
.......................................FREE Talk one on one with a certified personal trainer about your goals, medical conditions, previous/current injuries, family history, and see where your current health standings rank.
Fitness Testing.............................................$5 Measure your current fitness level by running through a series of tests including cardio, flexibility, upper/lower body strength and a body fat testing.
Body Fat Test
................................$5 per time/test Tested during the fitness evaluation for free. Sign up for a 7 site skin fold test conducted by a certified personal trainer.
Nutritional Counseling
..................................$20 each Need a little help getting your nutrition on track? These 45 minute counseling seesions are just what you need. *Buy 5 and get the 6th one FREE!
All of our standard training sessions are approximately 50 minutes long (unless specified otherwise) with a certified personal trainer. All packages include goal setting, body fat/girth measurements, personalized workouts, monthly progress evaluations, and nutritional guidance.

Startin' Out Package................................$49.95
An
orientation of the gym and equipment. These 4 half hour sessions will teach you proper weight-lifting form, how to use the machines, which machines work which body parts, and make sure you feel comfortable and safe while you are in our weight room.
Fit in 15....................................................$215 If you need to get in a consistent workout routine, or quickly tone up or slim down for an upcoming occasion, give us 3 weeks, just a 1/2 hour a day, 5 days a week and we guarantee you will see results.
No Brainer/No Trainer Customized Pricing Have your workouts hit a plateau and you need a new routine but you don't want to spend the money on a personal trainer? Our No Brainer/No Trainer program gives you easy to follow custom workouts. Not recommended for beginners.
Bodybuilding/Figure ... Customized Pricing Competition Training Are you serious about being a bodybuiler or a figure competitor? If so, you will need more just big biceps and ripped abs. Train with a former competitive bodybuilder turned trainer to get you ready to compete with the best in the sport. TNT Performance Training Sport specific training for all athletes. Cheerleaders to football players, hockey players to volleyball players; all will benefit from our program. TNT will get you ready for competition by focusing on speed/agility, explosiveness, power, strength, and flexibility.
Healthy Lifestyles A slower pace workout geared for both men and women. Includes cardio workouts, resistance training, stretching routines, nutrition tips, and massages.
Strong & Fit This group package is for all those men out there who think they're tough enough. Think again! Strong & Fit is a blend of strongman competition training mixed with cross training. It's the ultimate combination of strength training and high intensity bouts of cardio.
