WARRIOR DASH 2017
Test your strength and fitness progress at our inaugural PR Day. It is just you against the old you. The main 3 lifts will be Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift. You can also max out on push-ups and pull-ups if your training isn't geared towards the traditional "power lifting."
Event takes place on Saturday, November 11th.
