BarreFit: This class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga, and functional training with movements choreographed to motivating music.

Boxing: A class that combines the fundamentals of boxing with high intensity interval training, boosting one’s heart rate while burning hundreds of calories. Punch, kick, and block your way through a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout!

Butts and Guts: This class focuses on the strengthening, toning, and conditioning for your backside, legs, and core!

B3: This class utilizes bars, bands, and exercise balls while implementing strength training to one’s core and cardiovascular system.

Core Training: Not just abs, this class teaches you how to bring your entire core into play, helpful for lifting and everyday life.

Fitness Fundamentals: A full body circuit to increase strength, increase cardiovascular strength and improve flexibility

Insanity Live: Taught by Insanity certified instructors, Alex, Brooke, and Kyle, this class is often referred to as a “sweat sesh”. Insanity is an extreme cardio conditioning for every fitness level that takes the whole “You vs. You” mentality to the next level. Individuals will build strength, improve their cardiovascular endurance, and develop precision and speed- without lifting a single weight.

Kettlebells: Learn a new kettlebell movement, increase explosiveness, and bring your cardio to a higher level EVERY WEEK!

Pilates: A class that works to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, challenging one’s core muscles within the movements. The main principles include controlling one’s breathing and concentration, while centering focus to the flow and postural alignment, resulting in a sense of relaxation. Pilates is a challenging, yet safe, method for sculpting your body while increasing its agility in every day movements.

Short Circuit: This class keeps on giving as you keep on moving! Quick 3-4 exercise circuits that utilize the whole body, combining both cardio and strength building exercises to improve one’s cardiovascular fitness while toning up. It is a great way to start your mornings and jump-start your Thursdays!

Suspension Training:  Using suspension trainers to vary the angles of our body we are able to increase/ decrease resistance of body weight exercises and engage our core and work on our stabilizer muscles.

WSF Strong Bootcamp: A training class that is like no other! It combines strongman lifts, athletic drills, intervals, and out-of-the-box exercises to provide explosive strength, enhanced stamina, and a stronger core. This class embodies a comradery approach, where individuals encourage and push each other forward to get to the next level of fitness.

Yoga: A mindful practice where individuals flow through postures, connecting with one’s breath. The sequences are both gentle and dynamic, implementing restorative principles of alignment that keep one relaxed in the present moment.
